Scott Morrison leads on Environment and EDI (Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) at The Glasshouse International Centre for Music in Gateshead.
Scott’s work in the classical and jazz music industry has focused on managing tours in an environmentally friendly way. At The Glasshouse ICM, he is helping drive the organisation toward net‑zero by 2030, twenty years ahead of the UK government’s deadline.
Scott plans to achieve this by reducing building emissions, shaping greener touring partnerships and engaging new and existing audiences with programmes which focus on climate and sustainability.
His work puts inclusivity and environmental responsibility right at the heart of The Glasshouse ICM’s operations.
