Amy is the Deputy Executive Director at Northern Stage, one of the North East’s leading theatres.
Her job is to help shape the workplace culture, guide long‑term planning, and make sure everything runs smoothly on a day‑to‑day basis.
Before becoming Deputy Executive Director, Amy was Director of Communications and Sales, bringing in new audiences, marketing shows and creative activities, and helping people from all walks of life get involved in the theatre.

Amy did her first degree is English Literature and Language at Newcastle University and later completed an Executive MBA at the University of Leeds, balancing her creative skills with strong organisational expertise.
