GLOW Creative Connections Launch: 25th September 2025

We’re launching our GLOW Creative Connections Action Research Report on 25th September 2025 (scroll down for details).

Creative Connections

We’re delighted to share our research report and resources from the three parallel Artists’ Residencies which make up GLOW Creative Connections, written by our researcher in residence, Dr Florrie Darling.

Each residency took a highly personalised, collaborative approach to exploring co-creative practices with young people whose SEMH challenges impact on their learning.

GLOW Creative Connections was developed in collaboration with:

  • Newcastle College Childcare Department Level 1 students and teaching teams, and artist Becky MacKenzie
  • Walker Riverside Academy’s Mental Health Ambassadors, School Counsellor and Head of Art and artist John Quinn
  • Mary Astell Academy Year 7 students and teaching teams and artists Ken Masters and Adam Cogdon

Places are free.  Booking is essential.

Use our contact form or email office@glow-newcastle.co.uk to book your place.
